Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and submitted directly to M-Power Hockey’s Director, Mandy Cronin. These requests will be granted after review by M-Power Hockey’s Director if they are received more than 30 days prior to the start of the program that you have registered for, minus an administration fee of 10% of the total fee for that program, or $25 (whichever is more). If you wish to cancel you or your child’s registration for a program less than 30 days, but more than 5 business days prior to the start of the program you will be charged 50% of the total fee, and will be granted a credit for the remaining %50 to be used for any eligible M-Power Hockey program offered within 365 days of the start date of the program you or your child were registered for. Cancellation and refund requests made 5 business days or less before the start date of the camp will not qualify for a refund. Requests for cancellations, refunds or transfers after the start date of the program will not be granted. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing of refunds.

All refund requests are reviewed by M-Power Hockey Director on an individual basis. A doctor’s note is required for M-Power Hockey to consider any cancellation requests due to medical reasons.

Program Transfer Policy

Program transfer requests must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to the start date of your session. Requests submitted less than 5 business days prior to the start date of a program will not be considered. M-Power Hockey will review such requests for availability in the newly requested program. An administrative fee of $30 per camp/per child will be charged for each transfer. There will be no refunds of the transfer fees.
