Overview:
This camp is a one-of-a-kind experience, designed to cater to the specific needs of the most elite female goalies.
New this year, our 4th year, we have partnered with Gary Roberts High Performance Training to run the most elite level off-ice program possible for our athletes. Gary is a Stanley Cup champion & 3-time NHL All-Star. He is also fitness guru to Connor McDavid, Steven Stamkos, and a consultant with the NHL's Vegas Golden Knights.
Camp Details::
* 2 daily on-ice development sessions
- 1 hour/day dedicated to goalie power skating & individual skills development with Elite goalie coaches (no shooters)
- 2 hours/day dedicated to game situation, in-tight battles, rebound control, tracking, and habit-developing drills, with Elite shooters & goalie coaches.

* High performance gym & turf workouts + off-ice shooting/stick-handling sessions, Animal Flow,
* Professional mental performance sessions
* Equipment demos & discussion lead by an expert in the goalie equipment industry
* Personal social media/online branding for pro's

* Nutrition guidance from a wellness chef & a nutritionist who work wth pro athletes (guided
grocery store walk-through, cooking demos, meal planning advice, etc)

Lodging:
Please inquire with us directly if you need to arrange lodging for the week. We have a few options including dorm rooms on campus, billets, and hotels.
